Brace yourselves, Kesha fans, because new music is officially on the way!

It’s been two years since Kesha returned with her comeback album, Rainbow. Now, the pop star is gearing up to take the world by storm with her fourth studio album, High Road.

The “Praying” singer took to Twitter to share the good news of her forthcoming album with fans far and wide on Monday (October 21) afternoon.

In a series of two tweets, the artist also shed some insight with regards to what we can expect from High Road as a whole:

“Animals!!!! I’m so excited to announce that my album High Road is coming! I feel like this time around I reconnected to the unrestrained joy and wildness that’s always been a part of me, and in the process, I have had the most fun I’ve ever had making a record,” tweeted Kesha. “I hope you love it as much as I loved making it, and know I always have y’all in mind.”

In addition, the “Learn to Let Go” vocalist also shared a video for the record’s official album trailer, which further serves to emphasize what we can expect for High Road whenever it drops.

Based on the few clips of songs we can hear in the background, we can totally see where Kesha is going with the whole concept of “unrestrained joy and wildness” — themes that were definitely apparent in the hits like “Tik Tok” and “Your Love Is My Drug” that dominated her earlier career.

The album trailer also finds the artist reflecting on how High Road is a departure from its predecessor.

“When I wrote Rainbow I was in a very different headspace. I had to address some very serious things. But now, on my new record, I revisit my roots of pure and utter debaucherous joy,” explains the pop star. “Kesha got her balls back — and they’re bigger than ever.”

One thing the album trailer doesn’t reveal is when we can expect the album to drop. To that extent, we’ll be keeping a look out for an official release date!
