After debuting on Friday at San Diego Comic-Con, the first proper trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 is now online!

The minute-long look at Mockingjay, Part 1 – viewable above – is the first time we’ve seen footage from the two-part finale. The trailer begins with rebellion organizers Coin (Julianne Moore), Beetee (Jeffrey Wright), and Plutarch (Philip Seymour Hoffman) discussing whether or not Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) is too damaged to be the leader of the rebellion.

We then get great looks at President Snow demanding that no one use the Mockingjay symbol and characters like Cressida (Natalie Dormer), Katniss’ camera woman, as she tours the districts.

“Are you here to fight with us?” a District member asks Katniss while she’s on her tour. “I am. I will,” she tells them.

What do you think of the ‘Mockingjay’ trailer?

Lionsgate passed on holding a Mockingjay panel at Comic-Con this year and instead hosted an event to promote the movie with Samsung. “The Capitol Gallery” offered things like pastries from Peeta and “elixirs” from Snow. There were many photo opportunities with Peacekeepers, Capitol citizens, and President Snow’s chair. Check out our report from our visit to see photos!

As we waited for the first Mockingjay trailer, Lionsgate released two teaser videos featuring Snow issuing messages to the citizens of Panem about unity.

Since today’s trailer was only a minute long, fans can expect to see another trailer clock in at around 2 1/2 minutes later this year. Hopefully we won’t have to wait too long, because we had to wait long enough for this first trailer!

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 opens in theaters November 21, 2014. Part 2 will be released one later later.
