Things have been fairly quiet in Karmin-land recently, but the duo has now released the lyric video for their latest single, “I Want It All.”

You can check out the video below, which features a cool mix of lyrics on the screen and actual animation.

The song “I Want It All” has a great and groovy ’70s vibe. It’s super catchy and, surprisingly, doesn’t contain any of Amy’s usual rapping. Not that we’re complaining! It’s always nice to see artists branching out in different directions instead of staying static.

The video itself shows Amy showing up at a dance party that involves everyone being on roller skates. She cruises in with a pair of her own, which looks like a killer set of heels on wheels. She sees Nick there, and she sings while everyone else dances. It looks like the video is going to be just as fun as the song!

In addition, according to their official Twitter account, this video is a storyboard of what the actual music video will be like, which they’ll release on January 28.

“I Want It All” is the second single from Karmin’s latest album, their first full-length record, which is titled Pulses. The first single was “Acapella.”

Karmin will be embarking on their Pulses tour at the end of this month, which will begin in Baltimore, Maryland on January 29.

The duo, who are engaged, found their fame on YouTube covering hit songs. After their rendition of Chris Brown’s “Look at me Now” skyrocketed them to stardom, they signed with L.A. Reid at Epic Records in 2011. Their first record, an EP titled Hello, was released in 2012.

Pulses will be released in the first quarter of 2014, with fans eagerly awaiting to see what the self-proclaimed swag pop duo will come up with next.
