Justin Timberlake let two things slip during an interview with a UK radio station: he will be in a new Coen Brothers film alongside Carey Mulligan, and he has collaborated on a single with Marcus Mumford for the film’s soundtrack.

Although there has yet to be a release date for the film, Inside Llewyn Davis, or the soundtrack, fans can expect to hear some amazing music as a result of the duo’s creation.

“Marcus and myself, we all kind of worked on the music together,” Timberlake told Capitol FM. “And I don’t know any other world where we would have the opportunity to collaborate like that but it was so much fun.”

With Timberlake’s background in pop and R&B combined with Mumford’s grasp of folk and alternative, the possibilities are endless for what this collaboration may sound like.

Two unlikely partners, Timberlake and Mumford were thrown together during the making of the film by chance–Mumford is Carey Mulligan’s husband.

However, the duo are sure to have created a unique sound to go with an equally unique film–after all, music is the film’s focal point.

Timberlake will star in the film as Jim Berkley, the husband to Carey Mullligan’s character, Jane. The film explores the Greenwich Village folk music scene in the 1960s.

Inside Llewyn Davis also stars Oscar Isaac and John Goodman.
