Justin Bieber is going acoustic in a new edition of Believe, out next month.

The 18-year-old pop star has been teasing fans on Twitter with messages about being in the studio for days, but he officially announced the acoustic edition of his summer 2012 album on Thursday.

Believe Acoustic will include seven songs and a bonus track when it hits stores in January 29, 2013. Rumor has it that the Biebz may have recruited the help of Ed Sheerhan for the new album, but nothing has been confirmed.

Believe – Bieber’s third studio album (counting his 2011 Christmas album) – debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in June of 2012 and produced singles in “Boyfriend,” “As Long As You Love Me” and “Beauty and the Beat.”

For the American Music Awards, the Biebz performed a snippet of “As Long As You Love Me” acoustically.
