The premiere of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is getting closer every day, and the latest trailer promises dinosaur-fueled mayhem like we’ve never seen before!

We’ve dealt with deadly dinosaurs on the loose before, and we’ve repeatedly had to come to terms with a theme park gone wrong after Jurassic Park and Isla Nublar inexplicably find the funding to re-open their doors. But in Jurassic Word: Fallen Kingdom, we’ll find ourselves threatened by dinosaurs in ways we’ve never imagined before.

The latest trailer shows us just how intense things are going to get in the latest Jurassic movie, with our dinosaur pals leaving Isla Nublar and bringing the threat of being horribly eaten right to our front doors. It really gives a lot of poignancy to the Jurassic World title, as it seems nowhere on earth will be safe from the Jurassic-era beasts.

Not only does the trailer show dinosaurs crawling around on roofs and sneaking into children’s bedrooms, but we even see the T-Rex facing off against a lion. The trailer doesn’t let us know what happens after the two predators face off, but you can’t imagine things go super well for that brave lion.

Fallen Kingdom is going to change up the Jurassic universe for good, and will totally change the dynamic of how humans interact with and encounter dinosaurs. No longer will the creatures be kept far off on a remote island, but the threat has been brought right to everyone’s front doors.

It’s like Dr. Ian Malcolm said all of those years ago, “your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.” And figuring out how to bring dinosaurs back is probably something we can definitively store in the “should not” category. Jurassic Park opened a dinosaur-filled Pandora’s Box, and it seems Fallen Kingdom is going to unleash that mayhem like we’ve never seen before.

The adventure will begin when Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom arrives in theaters on June 22. Start making your premiere plans now!
