Jurassic World is looking like an incredible ride, and the studio continues releasing exciting footage from the film, with today’s first clip showing us that Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard’s characters have been on date before.

The first clip from Jurassic World shows us that Chris Pratt is up to his antics again, portraying a playboy, and possibly controlling raptors. While he says he can’t control them, he obviously has some sort of command over them, which should make for some exciting scenes. Watch the film’s first clip below:

Jurassic World’s teaser trailers have been incredibly well-received, and we can’t wait to see what other little Easter eggs are included in Jurassic World, which will most likely be nods to the original film in the upcoming addition to director Steven Spielberg’s dinosaur film series. It’s been an incredibly long 22 years since the original film hit theaters, and it’s great to see some prominent actors starring in Jurassic World.

Chris Pratt portrays Owen Grady in Jurassic World, a dino-wrangler, who seems to have some ability to control the deadly velociraptors in the new park, and he’s joined by Bryce Dallas Howard, who plays Claire Dearing, the owner, or at least manager of the new park in Jurassic World. We keep thinking it’s such a shame that the writers weren’t able to get Jeff Goldblum back in the film, as he would definitely be worth it, considering he was easily one of the best original characters — plus, he’s Jeff Goldblum.

Jurassic World looks like it will be one amazingly epic adventure, and this time the sequel’s story feels like it will take place in an entirely functional theme park (which isn’t run by one person and Samuel L. Jackson as a backup), where it all goes incredibly wrong. With the previous Jurassic Park films, this wouldn’t have been possible due the fact that the parks weren’t open to the public when the mayhem began.

With the park completely full of tourists buying miniature dinos and overpriced food and drinks, Jurassic World will make for one massively epic disaster movie, with some talented mega-stars. Starring alongside Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in Jurassic World are Jake Johnson, Judy Greer, Nick Robinson, Ty Simpkins, Katie McGrath, Vincent D’Onofrio, Lauren Lapkus, Omar Sy, and scientist BD Wong.

Jurassic World was written by Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, who took over screenwriting duties when Trevorrow signed on to direct the sequel. The film’s release date has been set for June 12, 2015.
