Jurassic World’s latest clip shows Chris Pratt with the ability to speak to his trained raptors. Watch as he saves a colleague who has fallen into the raptor feeding pit.

Jurassic World is hitting theaters on June 12, and the promotion continues ramping up as the latest clip shows Chris Pratt is basically playing a superhero who can talk to raptors. Watch as he jumps in the raptor pit after someone has fallen in while trying to feed a pig to the dangerous dinos.

While little piggy didn’t make it through the ordeal, it looks like Pratt’s ability to speak to the raptors will be very helpful throughout the entire movie. We’ve seen him on a motorcycle as he was followed by the raptors before, so this should be an interesting storyline for his character.

The film’s latest posters showed some great shots of Bryce Dallas Howard and Pratt, and were followed by the film’s new trailer, which had some of the best footage we’ve seen. The new raptor clip continues the exciting promotion for the Jurassic Park sequel, and we look forward to seeing the movie in less than a month.

Jurassic World looks like it will be one amazingly epic adventure, and this time the sequel’s story feels like it will take place in an entirely functional theme park (which isn’t run by one person and Samuel L. Jackson as a backup), where it all goes incredibly wrong. With the previous Jurassic Park films, this wouldn’t have been possible due the fact that the parks weren’t open to the public when the mayhem began.

With the park completely full of tourists buying miniature dinos and overpriced food and drinks, Jurassic World will make for one massively epic disaster movie, with some talented mega-stars. Starring alongside Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in Jurassic World are Jake Johnson, Judy Greer, Nick Robinson, Ty Simpkins, Katie McGrath, Vincent D’Onofrio, Lauren Lapkus, Omar Sy, and scientist BD Wong.

Jurassic World was written by Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, who took over screenwriting duties when Trevorrow signed on to direct the sequel. The film’s release date has been set for June 12, 2015.
