Recently, we told you that Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Inception) will make his directorial debut in an upcoming and untitled comedy. Today, it was announced that Julianne Moore will act in the film!

The only other casting news we’ve received thus far is that Gordon-Levitt will star opposite Scarlett Johansson.

Gofobo writes:

Plot details are unclear, but Gordon Levitt will play a modern day Don Juan who sets out to become a less selfish person. Moore would play an unlikely mentor to his character.

Gordon-Levitt also penned the script and Nicolas Chartier’s Voltage Pictures will finance the film.

Are you excited for Gordon-Levitt’s directorial debut? What do you think about Julianne Moore also starring?
