Actors Dermot Mulroney and Julia Roberts are reuniting thanks to a brand new Amazon series called Homecoming.

The new show is based on a fictional podcast from Gimlet Media pegged as a psychological thriller.

The series, which is being written for Amazon by podcast creators Eli Horowitz and Micah Bloomberg, centers around a woman named Heidi who is a caseworker at a secret government facility, and a soldier who is gunning to rejoin civilian life.

Roberts will be playing Heidi while Mulroney, who has signed on to be a recurring guest star on the show, will play Heidi’s boyfriend Anthony.

According to Deadline, who was first to report the news, Anthony is “eager to please, but a bit needy.” As the series progresses we’ll see him and Heidi go through a rough patch when he begins to feel as though she’s not paying enough attention to him and their relationship.

Homecoming marks the first time Mulroney and Roberts will be reuniting on a project since starring in 2013’s August: Osage County together.

Though the big screen adaptation of the hit Tracey Letts play marks the actors’ last gig together, they’re best known for playing ex-lovers-turned-best-friends in the hit ’90s rom-com My Best Friend’s Wedding.

Amazon’s Homecoming is set to debut sometime in 2018.
