For the first time ever, Joss Whedon’s webseries Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog is set to air on television!

Joss Whedon revealed during the San Diego Comic-Con that The CW will be airing Dr. Horrible, the webseries created by Joss Whedon in 2008 during the Writers’ Strike.

The series was released in three 15-minute installments, and has since its original release online been available to buy on iTunes and on DVD.

But now, The CW will air the complete production, which stars Neil Patrick Harris, Nathan Fillion and Felicia Day.

We have no set date for this yet, but The Hollywood Reporter has further discovered that it will air sometime in the fall.
