Disney has released official video from Johnny Depp’s surprise visit to Disneyland’s Pirates of the Caribbean ride.

Last week social media clips surfaced of Depp in character as Jack Sparrow within Disneyland’s Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. It was unclear what they were filming it for, but now we know: An official video has been released on Disney’s YouTube channels.

Animatronic versions of Jack Sparrow appear within the Pirates ride, making it all the more exciting to see the real Jack.

Pirates 5 hits theaters May 26, and the first reviews are very positive.
