It’s a glorious day. A new John Williams soundtrack was just released for a new Star Wars movie.

Williams’ score for The Force Awakens dropped early on Friday, December 18 — the same day the seventh Star Wars installment opened in the United States. Unsurprisingly, Disney and Lucasfilm decided to keep the score under wraps until the film hit theaters.

Typically scores are released at least a few days before the film opens in theaters, but with Star Wars, all bets are off.

The soundtrack is available for purchase on iTunes and Amazon. Buying music not your thing? It’s also available to stream on Apple Music and Spotify.

We’ve included a Spotify playlist below if you’d like to listen as quickly and easily as possible:

My favorite song? “Rey’s Theme.”

John Williams has scored every Star Wars installment to date. Will he be back for Episode 8 and Episode 9? We’re certainly hoping so — the man is a treasure to cinema.

This is the composer’s first score since 2013’s The Book Thief.
