To celebrate a fantastic first year as the host of The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon has teamed up with Ben & Jerry’s to create The Tonight Dough.

Jimmy Fallon chose to celebrate his one-year anniversary as host of The Tonight Show, as well as being named Entertainer of the Year by TIME Magazine, in the only way that made sense: with an ice cream flavor. Obviously.

During his Tuesday show, Fallon brought out Ben and Jerry themselves to reveal The Tonight Dough, which is “chock full of the stuff people love.”

The Tonight Dough sounds like the ultimate taste explosion: chocolate and caramel ice cream, cookie dough and peanut butter cookie dough, and crunchy chocolate cookie swirl.

All that’s missing is steak and cheese, and it’d pretty much cover all our cravings.

This is actually Fallon’s second Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor, believe it or not; his first scoop was the Late Night Snack. That, unfortunately, is no longer available.

You know, there’s just nothing not to love about this story. Not only does the ice cream sound absolutely delicious, but all proceeds of sales from The Tonight Dough will go to charity.

It’s totally worth the inevitable obesity and diabetes epidemics, right guys?
