British songstress Jessie J has been slapped with a copyright infringement lawsuit over her hit song “Domino.”

As Billboard reports, California musician Will Loomis claims that parts of his 2009 song “Bright Red Chords” were used in “Domino.”

“Mr. Loomis never consented to the use of his song,” the singer’s lawyer Chris Arledge wrote in a statement to Billboard, “and we look forward to obtaining an appropriate remedy from the court for this clear infringement.”
