Just when we thought we were feeling Jennifer Lawrence fatigue, The Hunger Games star has created another classic interview.
Lawrence was speaking to Access Hollywood on the Director’s Guild Award red carpet over the weekend when Homeland star Damian Lewis was being interviewed right beside her.
A fan of Lewis and a viewer of the Showtime drama herself, Lawrence wasn’t happy when the Access Hollywood reporter tried to introduce the two. After Lawrence gets nervous around him just like she did in the presence of Jack Nicholson last year, the reporter dropped a major spoiler about season 3 of Homeland.
The only problem? Lawrence hasn’t watched Homeland season 3 because, in her words, she waits for the DVDs out of impatience. After hearing the spoiler, Lawrence is visibly upset and starts shedding a few tears.

As you can see by how the conversation played out, the reporter didn’t hear Lawrence say that she had only seen seasons 1 and 2 so far. If she had, the actress wouldn’t have been spoiled.
Homeland finished airing in early December, so Lawrence still has a long way to go before watching season 3 on DVD. Maybe someone will lend her their ShowtimeAnytime.com account, or she’ll watch the episodes On Demand.
Lawrence is currently filming The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2. The movies will hit theaters in November 2014 and November 2015.
