We’ve extensively covered the casting process for the upcoming Jurassic World, and now a very reliable source has told Hypable one name that we’ll see on the poster for the future blockbuster: Jason Schwartzman.

Rumors about the fourth installment into the Jurassic Park universe have run wild since the film’s announcement, including whispers that Idris Elba and Josh Brolin were on Universal’s shortlist for the main protagonists.

In fact, Iron Man 3‘s Ty Simpkins and 50/50‘s Bryce Dallas Howard are the only actors confirmed to star in the film that’s rumored to center on a return to Isla Nublar, the island from the original Jurassic Park.

After word reached our ears of Schwartzman’s potential involvement, we immediately contacted his publicists, who stated that they could not comment on the news. Let’s put this another way: They didn’t say “no.”

Early speculation has suggested that the film will take place at a Jurassic Park that has been opened to the public. Fans of the original may remember that the park was shut down after the faulty trial run, but rumors suggest that Biosyn, rival of Hammond’s genetic company InGen, have taken over operations of the (now) successful dinosaur amusement park.

Could we see a fully attended dinosaur amusement park go berserk? Will the film star Jason Schwartzman? More importantly, will we see Jason Schwartzman be devoured by a dinosaur?

Regardless of what stars join the film at this point, we think it’s safe to say that at least most of them will be eaten by dinosaurs somewhere in the film’s running time.

Outside of the dino world, next month Schwartzman will star in Disney’s Saving Mr. Banks as Richard Sherman. He played Cousin Ben in Moonrise Kingdom and will appear in Wes Anderson’s next film, The Grand Budapest Hotel.
