J.K. Rowling’s Twitter header has been updated, and hidden by the initials of her name is a page of the Fantastic Beasts script!
J.K. Rowling’s Twitter header is like the desk on her old website: everything is significant, and we pick apart every little detail. A new gum wrapper? A different colored pen? It has to mean something.
So when Rowling’s Twitter header completely changes overnight, naturally we’re going to spend a lot of time and energy examining any new clues that might be hidden in there.

Following her #NotAPrequel tweetsplosion yesterday, you’d think there might be some Harry Potter and the Cursed Child clues to find, but it seems to be mostly about Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

The most exciting thing is of course the page of the Fantastic Beasts script. It gives nothing away really, but does feature a line by Newt’s rival Jacob:
It looks like Jacob is involved in some kind of fight, possibly caught off guard by a creature which attempts to drain the life/blood out of him.
Ezra Miller is reportedly up for the role of Jacob, and it’ll be interesting to see how his relationship with Newt (Eddie Redmayne) develops over the course of the film.

We don’t know what any of it means (and likely there are no major spoilers to be found), but hey, it feels a lot like the good old days of Harry Potter theorizing, and we’re not complaining!
