The hilarious It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star Kaitlin Olson has signed on for a recurring role on New Girl in season 4!
It looks like Jess won’t be short of enemies this season on New Girl. Not only will Jessica Biel be playing a rival, but so will Olson. Her character is described as Jess and Cece’s high school nemesis named Ashley by The Hollywood Reporter.
To make matters worse, Olson’s character will also be joining the family. Rob Reiner will returning to play Jess’ father (Bob Day). And he’ll be bringing along his soon to be Mrs. Ashley Day.
Of course, Jess and Cece are sure to be horrified by this news. Likely fans can expect to see the two trying to break up the union.
Olson’s first appearance on New Girl is expected to happen in the third episode of season 4. It should air late in September on Fox.
