Well, it seems that Drill has chosen a child. Now if we can only get to the bottom of which child it is, and what comes next in tonight’s penultimate episode of The Whispers.
All eyes point to Minx, but that might be the exact reason we should suspect pretty much any other child. There are a few specific faces that come to mind, especially when you look at who was involved in that final fight that ended with the President’s daughter’s arm burnt the same way Dr. Maria’s was.
Our heroes need to find out which it is, and the faster the better. Could the President’s daughter have burned herself to point suspicion toward Minx? Or how about Silas, who definitely laid hands on a few people in that fight? We definitely cannot rule out Henry either, as he has managed to slip past Drill unharmed so far, but won’t continue as such for long if they aren’t careful.
The Whispers season 1 has been a long, hard-fought road, and we are nearing the end. As we do not yet know whether season 1 will be the sole adventures for Wes Lawrence, Claire and Sean Bennigan, and all the rest, we can only hope that whatever comes in the final two episodes of The Whispers season 1 will deliver the satisfying ending to a tale that has been more than exciting in its first 11 episodes.
