Our first great looks at the lead characters in Into the Woods surfaced on Wednesday, including our first glimpse at Johnny Depp’s Wolf get up.
Entertainment Weekly released four covers for their upcoming issue which each depict a couple of characters from Disney’s live-action musical Into the Woods.
Depp as The Wolf and Lilla Crawford as Little Red Riding Hood:
Meryl Streep as The Witch (stunning! …for now) and Mackenzie Mauzy as Rapunzel.
Anna Kendrick as Cinderella and Chris Pine as her Prince:
And finally, James Corden as The Baker and Emily Blunt as The Baker’s Wife:
Even though the film is two months away from release, we’ve only received one just-okay trailer for Into the Woods. Hopefully a full-fledged preview arrives in the next few weeks as people start to think more and more about the holiday season.
Into the Woods, directed by Rob Marshall, opens on December 25.
