Netflix has good news for Insatiable fans who are hungry for more.

The online streaming giant took to Twitter to announce that they’d officially picked up the dark comedy revenge series for a season 2.

Additionally, series star Debby Ryan (who plays revenge-obsessed Patty Bladell) took to Instagram to share a fun video montage of herself and the rest of the cast reacting to the good news.

The video kicks off with Ryan FaceTiming co-star Kimmy Shields to let her in on the good news. From there, the announcement video cycles through the rest of the cast, who all take a minute to imagine what their characters might be tasked with doing come season 2.

Insatiable, which made its grand debut just last month on August 10, stars Ryan as an overweight teen named Patty who, due to unforeseen circumstances, drops a lot of weight. Suddenly thin, Patty finds herself thrust into the world of pageantry after her lawyer, Bob, takes her under his wing with the intent of molding her into the perfect beauty queen.

Patty may be caught up in the pageant circuit, but that doesn’t stop her from working toward the one thing she wants above all else: to seek revenge on everyone who made her life miserable when she was fat.

The series has been wrapped up in controversy ever since the first trailer hit the internet, with many accusing it of body-shaming.

The controversy surrounding the series has died down a bit after its premiere, but despite naysayers, it’s clear season 1 raked in more than enough views to urge Netflix to come back for second helpings.

Insatiable season 2 is set to return to Netflix sometime in 2019.
