The Walking Dead season 4, episode 5 titled “Internment” airs tonight on AMC, and we have a bunch of previews to get you ready for cable’s most popular drama.

UPDATE: Read our Walking Dead recap to see what happened on the November 10 episode!

The synopsis for The Walking Dead season 4, episode 5 suggests that there will be some big trouble this evening. It reads, “multiple enemies put pressure on Rick and the group. Could this finally be the breaking point for the survivors and the prison?”

Perhaps some of the pressure will come from people who are surprised that Rick asked Carol to leave. The latter’s process to deal with those who are infected (kill them early) was not agreed upon by Rick, and he thought it was best that she no longer be a part of the group. At the end of episode 4 she departed in a different vehicle while the two were out on a supply mission.

Earlier this week Hypable brought you an exclusive first look at The Walking Dead season 4 episode 5 in which we see a zombie who’s tear ducts are emitting blood. This horrific visual is an apparent side effect of the infection, as the tears of blood only started occurring during this season.

Speaking of tears of blood, a video clip from “Internment” depicts Hershel meeting with Doctor Caleb who has come down with the infection himself. Blood is coming out of his eyes as well – it may be a sign that he’s reached the stage of the infection where there’s no saving him. Hershel isn’t deterred by this and wants to try and save him anyway.
