Our first BattleShips tournament was a huge success. Hundreds of thousands of votes were cast in a battle to find the greatest relationship on today’s television shows.
Now, it’s time for our next BattleShips tournament, and this time the theme is Classic Television!
We’re going to set out to find the ultimate relationship in classic television. It’s up to you and your fandom to ensure the best Ship wins! Hypable’s staff came up with a list of 49 television shows where some of your favorite relationships were seen in the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.
There is one important rule with these shows: All of them have already ended. Merlin is not included because it was in our last BattleShips tournament.
How will this work?
Before we nominate couples, we have to select which television shows will compete. In the poll below, you can select up to 15 shows. This poll will close Monday, February 4 at 12 p.m. ET.
Beginning Tuesday, February 5 we will begin voting on which Ship will represent each fandom. We will split the polls over three days (February 5 through February 7). The first head-to-head Ship battles will begin February 11, and fans will have 48 hours to support their Ship in each poll.
