Die-hard fans of the pop/punk rock genre may be familiar with This Condition, who has toured with scene favorites like Yellowcard and Brand New in the past; but for the rest of you who haven’t, it should go without saying that this five-piece band deserves a listen!

Relatable lyrics about falling in and out of love coupled with tight five-part harmonies and toe-tapping backbeats easily makes This Condition’s Spirit EP one of the best albums of its genre to drop in 2010.

If the band’s next release is more of the same, it’s clear these New York-based rockers will only be adding to their ever-growing fan base in years to come.
