The Hunger Games: Mockingjay is beginning the search for extras in a new casting call.

“Have you ever dreamt of wearing amazing runway outfits? Having your hair done in an abstract and unique way? Or perhaps wearing extremely detailed make up that you only see in the movies?” asks the post from CL Casting, who handled the extras casting for Catching Fire last year.

“If the answer is yes to any of these, then we want to meet you. We have an upcoming feature that requires amazing faces and bodies, and we are looking for people that can bring unusual characters to life,” they continued.

The use of CL Casting for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Parts 1 and 2 seems to confirm that a good deal of shooting will occur in Atlanta, Georgia when filming begins in a couple of months.

The casting agency is putting extra care into the selections they make for Mockingjay. “Last time for this ‘science fiction trilogy turned film series,’ we had you put yourself on tape but because this one is vastly important, we are requiring we meet each of you in person,” they write. “If chosen, please know this will be a long shoot, requiring multiple days.”

For this round of Mockingjay casting they are only looking for people between the ages of 18 – 40. To submit your application (you need to be in the Atlanta area!), e-mail CLCEccentric@gmail.com with three pictures (head and body), your age, height, weight, and all contact info. Also, put your gender, ethnicity and age in the subject box. Example: Male, Caucasian, 31. All details were provided by CL Casting.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Parts 1 and 2 will film back-to-back. Mockingjay – Part 1 opens in November 2014 while Part 2 opens November 2015. Meanwhile, Catching Fire will hit theaters this November. All three of the remaining Hunger Games films are directed by Francis Lawrence.
