Fans may purchase tickets for Catching Fire screenings that start as early as 8 p.m. local time on Thursday, November 21. This means you won’t have to wait until midnight to see the movie.

Some Hypable readers have been unsure about this decision because it makes it more difficult to see the film with a diehard group of fans who are waiting until one minute after the official release date to watch. We imagine you’ll still see big groups of diehard fans in the Thursday evening screenings because they’ll be purchasing their tickets in advance, but we also understand the concern.
