How to Get Away With Murder season 1, episode 9, “Kill Me, Kill Me, Kill Me,” aired tonight on ABC. Find out who murdered Sam!

This week’s episode of How to Get Away With Murder opens up to Annalise packing a suitcase of her clothes. Things are looking scary as Annalise and Sam begin to argue in their dark, and we think haunted, house. Put on some lights, people!

Just when we think the fight can’t get worse, Annalise goes and reveals her affair with Nate. Not only does she tell Sam, but she dangles all of their dirty details in front of his face. Sam then pins her against the wall with his hands around her neck. Didn’t he just say he’s “not a violent man” 30 seconds ago? Instead of physically hurting her, though, he goes straight for the jugular and tears her apart with his dirty words. She immediately gets out of the house and heads somewhere in her car.

While this is all going on, Connor, Laurel and Wes are all in their car on their way to Annalise’s house in order to find Rebecca. They can’t understand why Wes needs to find her so badly, so he admits to everything he knows about the cell phone and believing that Sam killed Lila.

Michaela goes to Annalise’s house with the trophy but only finds Sam there alone. She insists that she wait for Annalise so she can turn in the prize she stole. Just as they are talking, she sees Rebecca trying to sneak into the house and with just a moment’s pause Rebecca sprints up the stairs to get the Sam’s room. The chase has begun.

Micaela calls Wes and he tells her she’s stuck in a house with a murderer. Sam breaks through the door but Rebecca manages to get to the bathroom to continue downloading his computer files. By this time, all of Murder Inc. has arrived at the house. Wes talks Sam down and is able to get Rebecca out of the bathroom. This leads to a fight and then a mad dash to grab the flash drive. They are all running out of the bedroom with Sam chasing them when Michaela tries to throw Sam down the stairs, but he goes over the landing instead. Wow, even though we knew it was coming we still gasped pretty loudly.

The gang is going over how they are going to handle this situation thinking they killed Sam, but without realizing it, Sam gets up and starts to strangle Rebecca. Just in time Wes comes up and hits Sam over the head with the trophy! Next, everything unfolds just as we’ve seen it in previous episodes.

Meanwhile, Annalise shows up at Nate’s apartment in order to tell him everything she knows about Sam and Lila. Nate convinces her to stay with him at his apartment instead of going home or to a hotel. Things get steamy and the next thing we know the clothes are off. Has anyone seen back muscles like this before?

Bonnie is out drinking her misery away when she decides to give Asher a call. He is quite happy to hear that she wants to come over to see him at his house. Bonnie wastes no time and is immediately all over him because she is a woman and she knows what she wants.

Annalise slips out of Nate’s apartment and heads home. When she doesn’t find him at home she decides to leave a message on his answering machine. She leaves a heart-wrenching message about how she loves him and wants to makes things better between them.

The next morning everyone is dealing with their own issues. At the motel, Wes wakes up and destroys the flash drive so they aren’t linked to Annalise’s house. At Frank’s house Laurel tells her she stole the trophy from Asher’s house and needs him to help her return it without anyone finding out. Michaela heads to talk to Mrs. Walker in order to present her with the signed prenup papers. At Oliver’s, Connor lies to him and says he was high the night before and that he has a drug problem. However, he can’t talk about it because Bonnie calls them all into the office.

At the house Annalise comes out in a robe looking quite disheveled and tells everyone about her fight with Sam. She called the police so they can question everyone about what they know about Sam.

We flash back to the night before when Wes went back to the house to get the murder weapon but this time we see that Annalise was actually there with him. Whoa, we did not see that coming! Bravo, Viola Davis, that performance was flawless!
