Watch a sneak peek from Monday’s episode of How I Met Your Mother entitled “The Over-Correction,” in which Robin takes Ted’s red cowboy boots hostage.

In the sneak peek, which was posted on SpoilerTV, we see Robin on the phone with Ted, and she seems to be hiding in Barney’s closet. She finds Ted’s red cowboy boots, and we see in a flashback how the boots ended up with Barney. Stuart borrowed them for Claudia’s Wonder Woman costume, and Barney accepts the challenge to get laid while wearing them.

Robin threatens to cut the boots unless Ted goes back into the apartment, and he tries to get Barney out of the apartment – but Barney isn’t taking the bait!

But why is Robin in the apartment in the first place?
