The first clip from this Sunday’s Homeland season 3, episode 8 episode titled “A Red Wheel Barrow” depicts Dar Adal possibly doing some research for Saul.

Dar Adal has a brief meeting with Bennett, the member of a Washington D.C. firm who helps Javadi get Carrie out of the psych ward. Adal says that he will be the subject of a top secret, high level in which they (presumably) investigate why his name has come up multiple times when looking into the Langley bombing.

Bennett pushes back and refuses to comply with Adal before making a quick exit. It’s not clear who Adal is working for in this scene. He should already know about this man because Saul told him all about the operation in episode 7. Perhaps Saul sent him to do a little digging and see what he could uncover.

Homeland season 3, episode 8 “A Red Wheel Barrow” airs Sunday, November 17 at 9 p.m. eastern/pacific on Showtime. “Carrie and Quinn pursue a key suspect. Saul deals with political backlash,” reads the synopsis. To catch up on where we stand so far and to learn what happened this past Sunday, read our latest Homeland recap. In short: A Brody-less episode centered around the investigation on the double-murder by Javadi, and the terrorist gave Carrie clues as to who it was that brought the bomb to Langley. Meanwhile, Saul came clean to Dar Adal and Senator Lockhart about his secret operation.
