Although Saul hasn’t exactly caught the Langley bombers just yet, in a new clip from episode 5 we see Senate Committee member Senator Lockhart (played by Tracy Letts) and others congratulate Saul (Mandy Patinkin) on a job well done in tracking down the bad guys. His conversation with Lockhart feels tense as the Senator encourages him to go hunting for wildlife, at which point Saul is quick to say that he only hunts down terrorists. Photos from the episode, below, show that he ends up agreeing to go hunting.

The newest episode of Homeland season 3 which aired two days ago on Showtime ended with a big plot twist that answered a lot of questions and created even more. As viewers we learned that Saul and Carrie (Claire Danes) have actually been working together to score a meeting with 12/12 bombing ringleader Javadi (Shaun Toub), and that putting Carrie in the psych ward was all part of the plan so Javadi’s people could bail her out and ask that she turns into a traitor.

Homeland season 3, episode 5 “Yoga Play” airs Sunday at 9 p.m. eastern/pacific on Showtime. Check out photos from the episode below:
