Disney/Pixar fans in the Los Angeles area should definitely consider purchasing tickets to a new event taking place at the Hollywood Bowl: Pixar in Concert!
It’ll feature live performances of songs from the Pixar film catalogue, including music from this year’s film Brave.
The Bowl’s 2012 Summer schedule was announced today. The description of Pixar in Concert:
From the Toy Story trilogy to The Incredibles and Up, Pixar has forever changed filmmaking and given audiences of all ages some of the most beloved characters in cinematic history. Now, for the first time ever, the Hollywood Bowl presents “Pixar in Concert,” with visually stunning clips and memorable scores from each of Pixar’s movies (including its latest release, Brave) performed live by the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra.
