In addition to a new clip, Warner Bros. released gorgeous new stills from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

We’re keeping them all very large so you can appreciate the details and characters. A few of the photos below depict director Peter Jackson on set with his subjects.

Jackson has been keeping in close touch with the fans who are eagerly awaiting his adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Rings prequel. Over the weekend he published his ninth production video blog, this one showing the final weeks of post-production and the rush to get the film completed before its New Zealand premiere.
