How I Met Your Mother season 9, episode 22, “The End of the Aisle,” airs tonight at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. The moment is finally here: a very important HIMYM wedding.
Setting an entire season over one wedding weekend was certainly a risk. The limited timeframe proved to be both a blessing and a curse for season 9 of HIMYM. But after 21 episodes covering around two days, we’re finally down to the fateful hour: the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Barney Stinson.
Tonight is the moment we’ve been waiting for: Barney and Robin’s wedding…pending any sitcom-y disasters.
Both Barney and Robin will both experience panic as the moment draws near. It’s a good bet that crisis manager Ted will be on hand to help both out.
Meanwhile, Marshall and Lily will renew their vows.
