Hemlock Grove: The Final Chapter is now available on Netflix.
It’s a bittersweet time for Hemlock Grove fans. On the one hand, we have a brand new season to watch, streaming right now, exclusively on Netflix. But on the other hand, this is the final season for Hemlock Grove. Never again will we be visiting the strange Pennsylvanian town.
Little is known about Hemlock Grove season 3, but its trailer comes with a warning that reads, “The following trailer is restricted to fearless audiences only for general gory mayhem, human harvesting, supernatural impregnation, extraterrestrial damnation, and blood bank orgies.”
It wouldn’t be a season of Hemlock Grove otherwise, right?
You can watch the trailer again below. Within, you’ll see plenty of footage from seasons 1 and 2, but it does indeed show us shots of Shelley walking out of an official looking building dressed in white, Olivia developing a strange mark, Destiny seemingly in danger, and Roman looking darker and more depressed every second he’s on screen.
Executive Producer Eli Roth has done his fair share in raising expectations for this season, previously stating, “We are looking forward to taking the last and final season into some dark and unexpected places, and to giving viewers the killer finale you’d come to expect from ‘Hemlock Grove.’”
Fellow EP Chic Eglee has added, “Knowing it will be our last [season] gives us the opportunity to go out in a mushroom cloud of clever and soul shattering mayhem.”
We wouldn’t expect anything less.
