The first teaser trailer for Succession season 3 is here and it’s bound to get you excited to check out the newest crop of episodes for the HBO drama.
War is imminent amongst the Roy family— at least, that’s the impression that viewers are left with when it comes to our newest glimpse into the forthcoming season of the hit HBO series.
On Tuesday (July 6), the premium cable network dropped the first teaser trailer for Succession season 3, Kendall (Jeremy Strong) and Logan (Brian Cox) going toe to toe.
They may be father and son, but it’s clear than nether of the men are about to hold back when it comes to attempting to secure their futures. They’re not the only members of the family who are hungry for power either.
In addition, the explosive teaser for season 3 also finds Shiv (Sarah Snook) doing everything she can to continue on her plight to secure some power of her own when it comes to the family business.

In addition to returning cast members Cox, Strong, Kieran Culkin, Sarah Snook, Hiam Abbass, Nicholas Braun, Peter Friedman, Matthew Macfadyen, Alan Ruck, and Rob Yang, the Emmy Award winning series is also gearing up to welcome the likes of Adrien Brody and Alexander Skarsgård.
Brody will be taking on the role of Josh Aaronson— a billionaire activist investor who will play a huge role when it comes to the battle over who will end up taking ownership of Waystar.
Meanwhile, Skarsgård will play Lukas Matsson— a successful tech founder and a CEO who has no problem getting confrontational.
Succession season 3 debuts via HBO Max in the Fall.
