About the authors

Literary sleuth and world creator Frank Beddor dared to expose the true story of Wonderland in the New York Times bestselling young adult trilogy The Looking Glass Wars. To satisfy the awakened curiosity of his readers, he continued to tell the parallel adventures of Royal Bodyguard Hatter Madigan’s search for the lost princess in the graphic novel series Hatter M.

A Hollywood film producer whose credits include There’s Something About Mary, Frank is currently producing Warner Bros’ The Juliet, based on the short story “Fondly Fahrenheit” by Alfred Bester. He is also developing The Looking Glass Wars as a Broadway musical.

While studying at the University of Utah he was invited to train with the U.S. ski team. He became the first International Ski Federation World Champion in combined freestyle skiing. Frank did the ski stunts for John Cusack’s character in the cult classic movie Better Off Dead. He then went on to act in other movies, appearing opposite Carrie Fisher in Amazon Women on the Moon. He lives in Los Angeles.

Adrienne Kress is a Toronto-born actor and author of the internationally published and award winning childrens novels Alex and the Ironic Gentleman and Timothy and the Dragon’s Gate, as well as the young adult novels, The Friday Society and Outcast. In late 2015, her essay appeared in the non-fiction anthology The Secret Loves of Geek Girls, and in the fall of 2016 she will be releasing the first book in an upcoming middle grade series The Explorers Club.
