Mark your calendars, Harry Styles fans— the “Sign of the Times” singer is officially heading back to Saturday Night Live!

Harry Styles may have just returned with a brand new hit single, but it’s clear he’s not about to slow down any time soon.

In fact, it’s just been announced that the pop star is gearing up to head back to Saturday Night Live.

This time around, Styles won’t just be appearing as the night’s musical performer— he’ll be returning to pull double duty as the night’s host and musical guest!

Styles isn’t the only artist who’s been tapped to pull double duty on season 45 of Saturday Night Live. In fact, just a few weeks ago, it was announced that rap artist Chance The Rapper would also be given the coveted honor on the latest season of the long running comedy sketch series.

As for Styles, the “Lights Up” singer took to Twitter to share the good news with fans far and wide in a sort tweet announcing that he’d be appearing on the November 16 episode of SNL.

“SNL – DOUBLE DUTY,” tweeted the pop star on Thursday (October 24) morning.

Given that Styles has already started rolling out the promo for his highly anticipated second studio album, the fact that he’s gearing up to return to SNL is definitely cause for excitement.

In addition to looking forward to seeing Harry flex his comedic acting chops, we’ll be especially excited to see if he ends up performing a brand new song come November 16.— Perhaps SNL is where we’ll finally find out what Harry meant when he tweeted “Kiwi walked so Watermelon Sugar could run”?

Either way, we’ll be counting down the days until Harry Styles’ big night pulling double duty on Saturday Night Live.

Until then, If you need us, we’ll be here jamming out to “Lights Up” from now until November 16!
