There has been mixed reaction to Harry Potter: Wizard’s Collection since Warner Brothers announced the price ($350 – after Amazon’s discount) and feature set (lots of already-released material).

We noticed today that fans are fighting back, providing very low reviews for the complete film box set even before they’ve had a chance to purchase it.

The Amazon listing shows a 1.5 star average rating with an astounding 210 reviews. That’s a lot of comments about a box set that not a single person has had their hands on.

The reason for all of the feedback is because fans are very turned off by the price. “Warner Brothers, stop punishing HP fans!,” writes a one-star reviewer. “What’s the Point?,” writes another.

The main issue for fans appears to be the fact that Extended Editions are not being offered. Moreover, most of the content within the set is already available on the DVD and Blu-ray sets fans have already purchased.
