Warner Bros. today announced Harry Potter Complete Collector’s Edition – a scaled down version of Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection – for several international countries that did not get the bigger box set.

Complete Collector’s Edition will be available Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Hungary, Korea, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and the Gulf States (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman) on November 21, 2012. A price has not yet been revealed, but you can see photos of the set below. It includes the 8-part documentary Creating the World of Harry Potter, which is already available on the Ultimate Editions and Wizard’s Collection.

In August Warner Bros. said that a “less robust, more cost-effective” box set will be available once Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection runs out of its limited edition quantity. We suspect that Complete Collector’s Edition is the version that they’re talking about and will hit United States, United Kingdom, and Australian stores in the coming months (amongst other countries). Please keep in mind that this is not official – we are just speculating about its domestic availability. This particular set may never reach U.S., U.K., and Australian stores.

Will you buy this new Harry Potter box set when it’s available in your country? These sets are obviously great purchases for those who don’t have any of the Harry Potter films on DVD or Blu-ray, but we imagine that the majority of fans who would want them have already purchased the individual films over the years.

Thanks, Snitch Seeker.
