Harrison Ford and Ed Helms are gearing to team up on the big screen together for an all new comedy.

According to Deadline, both Harrison Ford (Star Wars, Call of the Wild) and Ed Helms (The Office, The Hangover) have signed on to star in a brand new comedy acquired by STX titled The Miserable Adventures of Burt Squire Aboard the Horn High Yo.

Written by Ben Bolea, the forthcoming comedy is inspired on a true story and focuses on a family man who finds himself ing the midst of a midlife crisis which inspires him to take a would-be dream sailing vacation. Things take a drastic turn, however, when the man finds himself shipwrecked in The Atlantic Ocean with no one but a charming, albeit unhinged, sea captain for company.

Helms is on board to play the family man in question, while Ford will take on the role of the eccentric sea captain.

In a statement announcing Burt Squire, STXfilms Motion Picture group chairman, Adam Foglesong, talked about how much everyone involved is looking forward to seeing Harrison Ford and Ed Helms take on the roles in question.

“There’s no one better than Ed Helms to play an every day guy who gets saddled with every comedic misfortune life could throw his way, and Harrison [Ford] is going to create yet another memorable and iconic character as an unhinged sea captain,” said Foglesong. “Instead of a road-trip comedy, we can’t wait to see these unlikely buddies in this seafaring comedy.”

Currently, there’s no word on when we can expect The Miserable Adventures of Burt Squire Aboard the Horn High Yo to debut in theaters.
