The casting decisions for the upcoming Ender’s Game film continue to roll in, and it’s just been announced that Harrison Ford and Abigail Breslin (Zombieland, Little Miss Sunshine) will join the production! The actors playing Bean, Bonzo and more were also confirmed.

Ford is cast as Colonel Hyram Graff and Breslin will play Ender’s older sister, Valentine Wiggin, Variety reports. They join Asa Butterfield (Ender), Hailee Steinfeld (Petra) and Ben Kingsley.

Also announced today were cast members Aramis Knight, Moises Arias, Jimmy “Jax” Pinchak, Suraj Parthasarathy, Conor Carroll and Khylin Rhambo. From the report:

Knight, who previously appeared in Hood’s “Rendition,” will play Bean, the smallest new recruit; Arias (“Hannah Montana”) will play Bonzo, the commander of Salamander Army; Pinchak (“Let Me In”) will play Peter Wiggin, Ender’s brilliant but tortured older brother; and Parthasarathy will play Alai, the first recruit to befriend Ender. Carroll (“Away We Go”) will play Bernard, the leader of the new recruits who bullies Ender at first; and Rhambo will play Dink, a brainy member of Rat Army.

What do you think of the latest casting decisions? Do you think Ford will be a good fit as Colonel Graff?
