Tonight on Hannibal season 3, episode 11, the threat of another Red Dragon strike hits close to Will’s home.

Abigail Hobbs and Hannibal Lecter were not Will Graham’s ideal family unit, but at one time they certainly appeared to be his best option. Three years after Hannibal removed Abigail from the equation and fled from the country, Will found Molly and Willy. But as Hannibal season 3 moves closer to a conclusion, Hannibal sends the Dragon on a hunt to destroy the family he could not give Will.

Francis Dolarhyde, the man who exists outside the Dragon’s grasp, has found someone with whom he has a meaningful human connection. Reba McClane is not prey. She is not a sacrifice Dolarhyde is willing to give the Dragon. To ensure that she remains safe, Francis travels to New York to face the original William Blake painting, “The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothed with the Sun.” After knocking out the curator, Dolarhyde consumes the painting as an attempt to destroy the Dragon for good.

Tonight on ‘Hannibal’

Will’s sessions with Bedelia remind him that Hannibal always, no matter the severity of his confinement, has the upper hand. After securing the address of Will’s home, Hannibal dangles it in front of the Dragon as bait for his next attack. With Will and the FBI at a loss for a lead, Alana attempts to lure information she suspects Hannibal is hanging onto with a chance to clear his name.
