You’ve heard the songs. You’ve yearned for the real cassette tape. You’re waiting for your Dancing Groot. Now, you can get a digital version of Awesome Mix Vol. 1 for free!

For this week only (Update! This article previously said it was for one day), Google Play is letting fans of Guardians of the Galaxy download the film’s soundtrack for absolutely free.

Not a regular user of Google Play (the search engine’s iTunes rival)? Once you “purchase” the album (have we mentioned it’s free?) you can easily download it to your computer so you can add it to iTunes and other services.

Here’s the wonderful tracklist, in case you forgot the lineup:

1. “Hooked on a Feeling” Performed by Blue Swede
2. “Go All the Way” Performed by Raspberries
3. “Spirit in the Sky” Performed by Norman Greenbaum
4. “Moonage Daydream” Performed by David Bowie
5. “Fooled Around and Fell in Love” Performed by Elvin Bishop
6. “I’m Not in Love” Performed by 10cc
7. “I Want You Back” Performed by Jackson 5
8. “Come and Get Your Love” Performed by Redbone
9. “Cherry Bomb” Performed by The Runaways
10. “Escape (The Piña Colada Song)” Performed by Rupert Holmes
11. “O-O-H Child” Performed by The Five Stairsteps
12. “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” Performed by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell

These classic songs found perfect homes in the Guardians of the Galaxy. As fans will recall, only one of the songs on the soundtrack wasn’t actually in the movie (“Spirit in the Sky”).

Our only gripe with this soundtrack is some people only fell in love with these songs after they appeared in Guardians.

The soundtrack was released for free to celebrate Guardians of the Galaxy’s availability on Digital Download beginning Tuesday, November 18.

The film hits DVD/Blu-ray on December 9. We’ll have our review of the home entertainment release up in a couple weeks.

For now, we’re putting this soundtrack on loop and getting our dance on.
