With Guardians of the Galaxy hitting store shelves on DVD/Blu-ray in less than a month, Marvel have released a featurette showing Chris Pratt as Star-Lord in the film’s opening sequence.

Guardians of the Galaxy has been a smash hit for Marvel, bringing in $645 million worldwide. It took in over $300 million at the domestic box office, making it the highest grossing film at the domestic box office in 2014.

The sequel is already being written and the cast have already given some hints as to where the intergalactic crew of misfits will be headed, and now Marvel have released a featurette from the film’s Blu-ray which has a release date set for December 9.

Guardians of the Galaxy’s DVD/Blu-ray will be packed with never-before-seen deleted scenes, gag reels, and an exclusive look at Marvel’s The Avengers: Age of Ultron. Check out the film’s featurette below:

We’re excited to find out what The Avengers: Age of Ultron bonus feature will include. The Avengers sequel’s release date is set for May 1, 2015.

Guardians of the Galaxy hit theaters back on August 1, 2014. Featuring an intergalactic group of Guardians, led by Star-Lord, they make a desperate stand to save the galaxy.

Two-time Academy Award nominee Bradley Cooper voices the machine-gun-wielding Rocket Raccoon and is joined by Vin Diesel as the tree-like Groot, with Zoe Saldana, Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan and Dave Bautista filling out the leading roles.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2’s release date has been set for July 28, 2017. The film will be directed by James Gunn.
