Sylvester Stallone was reportedly caught leaving an Atlanta hotel as he headed to the set of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 for an unknown role in Marvel’s sequel.

A photograph of the recent Oscar nominee shows Stallone gripping a script, for what is reportedly Guardians of the Galaxy’s sequel, as he leaves an Atlanta hotel where the movie’s cast has been staying since the film began production on February 11.

Apparently the car that he got into is the one that normally drives Guardians star Chris Pratt to set. This has caused rumors to circle about the actor possibly portraying Star Lord’s father, but other rumors say it’s simply a cameo.

Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn recently released images from the sequel’s set showing Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, and other stars rehearsing lines for the upcoming Marvel movie.

As the stars get ready for the start of filming, James Gunn showed the cast with scripts in hand as they rehearsed their dialogue for the upcoming production. In the previous images we saw Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, and Gunn’s brother Sean (subbing for Rocket Raccoon) as they prep for filming.

Stallone’s role in Guardians Vol. 2 will most likely remain a mystery, but if you’d like to see the actor getting into the car which is reportedly headed for the set, you can find the image over at NY Daily News.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 will explore Star Lord’s family history, as the first film started with his mom passing and him being abducted by a spacecraft. We hope to learn more about his father. Kurt Russell has reportedly been in talks to take on the role, but has yet to be confirmed.

Chris Pratt will be returning as Star Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, along with his deadly crew which includes Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, and Pom Klementieff.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 hits theaters on May 5, 2017.
