Grey’s Anatomy is back after a two-week break with its Meredith and Cristina-centric episode, “Beautiful Doom,” and it looks like Mer will be pulling heroics while off duty.

In a sneak peek at this week’s episode, Meredith rushes to save a victim being crushed under a tire. The woman had been riding her bicycle when she was struck by a car. Despite her struggling to breathe, bystanders don’t want to move her for fear of being held responsible if she is paralyzed. The situation is eerily similar to the way Lexie died after the plane crash, crushed under debris, and Meredith is desperate to move the car off the victim.

“Don’t you see she’s dying under there? Do you want to be responsible for that?” Meredith yells in the clip. “I need someone to help me move this car. Is anybody gonna help me?”

“As Meredith juggles taking care of Zola with a case that hits close to home, Cristina assists Dr. Thomas on a challenging heart surgery,” reads the “Beautiful Doom” episode synopsis.
