ABC released the full synopsis for the Grey’s Anatomy season 9 finale “Perfect Storm,” revealing that one of the doctors will be fighting for their life!

The Grey’s Anatomy season 9 finale has been described as being a two part story. It will begin with the penultimate episode entitled “Readiness is All.” The doctors begin to prepare the hospital as a super storm rolls into Seattle. When the storm hits in the Grey’s Anatomy season 9 finale “Perfect Storm,” all hell breaks loose.

“Perfect Storm” – Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital enters crisis mode as the storm rages, resources become scarce and patients flood in by the busload. Meanwhile, one of the doctors fights for their life, on the Season Finale of “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, MAY 16 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

It certainly sounds as though the Grey’s Anatomy season 9 finale will be going out with a bang. Some fans have been worried that it may be too much to handle. Especially with their emotional wounds from the season 8 finale still fresh. We have to admit, after reading this synopsis, we’re worried as well. Could we be losing another beloved character?
