The winter finale of Grey’s Anatomy season 12 attempts to put out, or at least get some control over, the many fires that are spreading across the hospital. As rumors, relationship troubles, professional disputes, and one actual fire begin to consume the hospital the question becomes, who is standing there with a hose and who is kindling the flames?
