Grey’s Anatomy‘s eleventh season has taken the doctors on a trip down a very twisted yellow brick road. Will they be able to find their way back home tonight?

Have you kept track of all the story lines Grey’s Anatomy threw at you this season? From April and Jackson’s tragic delivery, to Callie and Arizona’s trial separation, to Ben’s brother taking the steps to become Ben’s sister, a lot of the story lines were drowned by the tidal wave that was Derek Shepherd’s death. The fallout from the final push of the season is still something that fans and the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial are coming to terms with as we head into the Grey’s Anatomy season 11 finale.

Previously on ‘Grey’s Anatomy’

Amelia finally confronted Meredith for practically ignoring her existence since Derek’s death. Not once did Meredith consider Amelia as a point of contact when Derek was hooked up to the machines and now she is planning to sell the house that shelters not only her children, but Amelia as well. They are not the only two having issues connecting.

Richard and Catherine find themselves at odds over workplace protocol that threatens to dismantle their engagement. April and Jackson have yet to find a meaningful way to reconnect after her voluntary deployment. Jo and Alex are at odds when her free spirit clashes with his rooted existence.

As the doctors work through these issues, a tunnel collapse sends a couple who got pregnant first and fell in love last through two extreme surgeries to save their lives.
